There is something intriguing specific about this crime thriller which puts it above the normal \"disaffected cop\" subgenre--Ash Levine is a bit more interesting, the story lopes and takes time, it's not \"save the world\" but still interesting case that doesn't feature the typically predictable plotlines, or at least not in the typical order, such as the hot prosecutor, etc..
